Dual-task training is the number one way to train brain/cognitive fitness.

If you have yet to hear about this, or haven't seen my previous video, dual-task training is combining a physical task like a squat, lunge, marching, walking or any physical movement with a cognitive task.
Now in this driving the school bus exercise we actually have Dawn doing two physical movements — lunges with arm movements. But you could start simpler and just have your clients drive the bus, or just have them do lunges. And you can create all sorts of cognitive tasks. We tried to keep all the cognitive tasks relative to school to keep the theme.
Take notice of if you clients have trouble lunging while thinking of PE games, or if they can't drive the bus and lunge at the same time.
There should be a cost to adding a challenge. These can be fun little twists you can mix in to make sure we are training more than just the physical, but the cognitive as well.
