    Winter is upon us, just about everywhere in North America this week! So lets look at some simple at home exercises any of your clients can do, but with a cognitive twist.

    When we add a little brain challenge to some basic strength or balance exercises, we can get a little more bang for our buck. This is commonly known as dual-task training. And while we still get the benefits of the calf raise, or squat or hamstring kick, we give our brain some exercise, too.

    In the video below, there are just two physical exercises, but you could insert several. And of course the brain game/teasers can be changed as well.

    These are great to give your clients especially for days they can't come in due to winter weather.
