Is it safe? Is it effective? What exercises should you be attempting to do?

    I am going to show you in the video below a handful of exercises you can start with for your frail to fit-level clients, even box jumps.

    Some clients need to start with quick feet and chair stands, some can do jumping jacks, box jumps and all more. We all need power and speed, and unfortunately if we don't train it we really see huge declines with age.

    It is safe. Most research finds it to be safer than jogging programs for clients over age 60.
