If you want to make a simple balance exercise more complex, just add a little cognitive challenge. Now this becomes a more challenging balance task, but adds a cognitive element.

It is time to start talking about how much exercise benefits our brains. We know that all forms of exercise are beneficial to our brain health, strength training, cardio, yoga, just about any kind of movement is beneficial to our brain. When we add a little cognitive game or exercise on top of the physical movement, we get an added benefit.
