Here is a simple full body functional circuit workout:
Dr. Cody Sipe takes me through a full-body workout for a Level 2 client. Think of a Level 2 client as an advanced beginner, or lower fitness level client. The balance challenges won't be too difficult and the floor work will be minimal, but you still have to get them on the floor!
You will need a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. You can of course make this slightly harder or slightly easier based on your clients needs.
