This book is targeted to men and is based on hundreds of interviews with coaches, trainers and body builders. The workouts consist of three 30-minute workouts a week, and the diet is based on glycogen timing. The book includes recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and an eating guide, and there are over 150 photos detailing the fitness program. Both authors are contributors to Men's Health, and Dr. Volek is a researcher at the University of Connecticut.
