Your arches are more than just a shape — they’re a system. A dynamic bridge connecting your heel, forefoot, and toes. Your foot arches absorb impact, support balance, and create stability with every step.

When this system weakens, it can trigger a cascade of issues up the kinetic chain — from knee pain and hip misalignment to inefficient movement patterns.

So how do we strengthen them? One of my favorite go-to drills is the Ball-Between-Heel Exercise, a simple but powerful way to reawaken the foot’s intrinsic muscles. Perform this exercise every day for 10 repetition as a way to build arch strength and arch endurance.
