BOSU Balance Trainer offers up a variety of exercises, categorized by intention of the exercise or muscles groups worked, from very basic to interesting. The Cardio & Jumps section gives counts and cues for instructors or trainers, and the end of the book contains complete workout ideas. Although nothing struck me as revolutionary in this book, it's a solid reference and is good to have when workout ideas run thin.
