Sometimes you just need a fast simple workout that can be as short as 8 minutes or as long as 20 minutes.
Keep it simple with just 3-4 exercises that you repeat as many rounds as you can for however many minutes as you have!
We used to train Division I football players like this all the time. I can still hear them say....oh hey coach I can't come in to workout today I have to retake a test....or some other lame excuse...and we would always say you have to give us 10 minutes and it has to be everything you've got!
This circuit is made up of 4 exercises: Plank Up Downs, Mountain Climbers, Side to Side rotating plank, and Squat Thrusts
No equipment needed and a great circuit to give your clients when they come up with some lame excuse.....I'll be out of town, or on a cruise, or family in town.
