Exercise of the Week: Lebert Buddy System Unilateral Row

Using the Lebert Buddy System, Marc Lebert explains how to perform a unilateral row. Partners are situated, one at each end of the BUDDY SYSTEM and they work together with each other acting as the anchor and/or the resistance for one another.

At one end of the Buddy System, hold an isometric squat holding the floating handle. Your partner holding the two handles, begins rowing motion moving one arm at a time, keeping shoulders down and back and hands moving all the way to the rib cage in a long smooth rowing motion. Keep constant tension while your partner resists the pulling motion, the harder you pull, the more tension you get.
