I wish I would have had this book when I first started training; I would have avoided years of stagnation and limited traction. I am, however, glad I have it now. Even as a seasoned trainer (yes, I am much older than the author), this book offers 155 pages chock full of ways to leverage myself, my time and my other trainers.
Most of these ideas aren't new to me, but having the insight on how to get them done is what makes this book a gem. Greenfield wrote the book in a very conversational yet professional tone, making the pages turn easily and the ideas run rampant. It's a book any trainer who is serious about making money should add to his/her library.
