Exercise of the Week: ActivMotion Bar Half Turkish Get-Up

The Turkish Get Up is a great movement for core and shoulder strength and stability, but it’s quite advanced. Conducting only the spinal flexion portion of this movement with the ActivMotion Bar will help build the strength and stability needed to progress to the full movement (or will add a dynamic new challenge for those clients who have already mastered the traditional Turkish Get-Up!).
