ActivMotion Bar Single Leg Deadlift with Reverse Lunge

Tony Horton shows us a great glute stability exercise using the ActivMotion Bar. During this movement, the goal is to complete the single leg deadlift and reverse lunge all while maintaining a stable, quiet ActivMotion Bar. As the rolling resistance inside the bar shifts, clients will be forced to recruit more stability and core muscles to maintain a strong, stable center of mass.
