Tony Horton shows us a great core strength exercise using the
ActivMotion Bar. In the Row to Safety exercise, hold the middle of a
sit-up position and “paddle through the water”. In doing this movement
with the ActivMotion Bar, according to a recent University of Michigan
Human Movement Lab study, your clients will experience 2-6 times more
activation of the muscles in their core and extremities (as opposed to
using a standard bar or medicine ball) due to the shifting resistance
inside the ActivMotion Bar.
