In this video personal trainer Erin demonstrates one of the great sledgehammer exercises that can be done with MostFit Core Hammer. Start in a semi-wide stance with knees bent slightly, and slam the Core Hammer 5-10 times. Place the Core hammer on the ground and continue to perform 10-20 explosive speed skaters from side to side. During each repetition touch the Core hammer head with your opposite hand. This combo can be used in a Tabata drill, HIIT workout, or for a circuit training session.
