Gregg and Fatima expertly demonstrate both foundational as well as advanced combo exercises using a body bar. There is an excellent progression which starts with basic moves broken down in detailed descriptions with beautiful images. They include core and isolation exercises as well as dynamic movements and flexibility. Ultimately, they pull it all together by providing total body workouts for the beginner to advanced exerciser. I am confident everyone will learn some new things to do with a body bar - or "wonder bar," as they refer to it!
