Exercise of the Week: Lebert Buddy System Unilateral Row Variation

The Lebert Buddy System is the best partner workout! No set up or fixed anchor required. It has instant tension adjusting capability and is great for rowing movements, working many muscles at once. This video shows a variation on the Unilateral Row using the Lebert Buddy System. Partners are situated, one at each end of the Lebert Buddy System and they work together with each other acting as the anchor and/or the resistance for one another.

One partner holding the two handles begins rowing motion moving one arm at a time, keeping shoulders down and back and hands moving all the way to the rib cage in a long smooth rowing motion. Partner 2 on the floating handle is moving around, changing the line of pull which increases the resistance and intensity of the exercise.
