Fitness Together, the worlds largest personal training organization within a customized setting, today announced that it has broken ground on its second site in Westchester County. Kenneth Fin and Linda Chung own the Mount Kisco studio.

Clean up of the 1,100-square-foot site began in mid-July and is scheduled to open in September 2006 at 510 Lexington Ave., Mount Kisco, downstairs from Lexington Square Cafe.

Fitness Together/Mount Kisco will have two private training rooms, a cardio area, and a bathroom with a separate shower room. Fitness Together will incorporate one-on-one private personal training sessions with clients by appointments only. Costs for training packages will vary depending on client needs.

Fitness Togethers trainers will develop individually customized, results-oriented programs to help clients achieve their goals through weight and resistance training, muscular endurance, muscular training and nutritional counseling. Trainers will also guide clients in weight loss management.

We are really looking forward to duplicating the success of our Scarsdale studio in Mount Kisco. The individualized programs designed for each client yield incredible results. Our clients dedication to their overall health, combined with our 1 Client 1 Trainer 1 Goal model, has helped thousands of men and women reach their fitness goals, Fin said.

There are currently four sites open in New York, including Scarsdale; Tribeca, Manhattan; Roslyn, Long Island; and Woodbury, Long Island. Other sites are slated to open in Rye; Setauket, Port Jefferson, Greenlawn and Lake Grove, Long Island; and Brooklyn.
