The graphics are a bit campy, but the information in the introductory chapter is solid, and I really like the added Fiber Guide and Protein and Iron Counter. All of the information is indexed, so finding something like fat grams in a medium-sized egg or carbohydrates in a glass of wine is effortless. The book also comes with website support.
