Valorie Ness was chosen from more than 600 highly-qualified professionals to be the 2013 PFP Trainer of the Year.

Valorie is the CEO of the award-winning Catalyst Fitness Midtown, a 15,000 square foot facility located in Atlanta. Catalyst Fitness is Georgia's only medically-recognized personal training and performance enhancement facility. Whether working with general population, special populations or professional athletes, Valorie places her focus first to address and improve their quality of movement before helping her clients then become bigger, stronger, faster engines.

The PFP Trainer of the Year award seeks to recognize an individual in our industry who not only is a model of the fitness profession, but someone who seeks to have a direct and lasting impact on people's lives with integrity, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping others.
