Each fitness expertcontributed a chapter on their area of expertise so you get a little bit of ainformation on a wide variety of subjects. My favorite chapter is the one byGreg Justice, entitled "Your Mind/Body Experience," in which he reminds us thatmind/body exercise isn't just yoga and Pilates. Justice guides the reader tomindful in all areas of their life, but especially in how they treat their bodies.
