Power Systems and Resist-A-Ball continue to set the standard by giving fitness professionals the opportunity to get on the ball when Resist-A-Ball training goes on the road this fall.

As the fitness industry leader in stability ball education, Resist-A-Ball offers two levels of C.O.R.E. (Competent on Resist-A-Ball Education) instructor training, as well as specialty workshops and continuing education courses for specific training disciplines and populations. Developed by Mike and Stephanie Morris, these courses provide professionals with the benefits of proper technique and progressions in a structured, educational curriculum that sets the standard for a safe and effective fitness program using the stability ball.

Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. Education will be held in nearly three dozen cities from September through November 2006. Each training session is conducted by a Resist-A-Ball Master Instructor who has undergone rigorous instruction in anatomy and kinesiology as well as the biomechanics of training with a stability ball. Additionally, Specialty Master Instructors will combine Resist-A-Ball training techniques with their knowledge of yoga, Pilates, and pre-natal exercise to provide the end-user safe and effective training options.

The C.O.R.E. Instructor Level One and Two workshops include five hours each of hands-on instruction on exercise execution, progressions, teaching techniques, and cueing. C.O.R.E. Level One is recommended as a prerequisite to all Specialty workshops.

Power Systems is the exclusive distributor of Resist-A-Ball products, education materials and workshops.
