Our mission is to provide relevant, useful information to enable fitness professionals to be successful financially through sound business practices and training expertise. We have modified the structure of PFP to provide information to three different audiences:
- JUMP-START Tools to Begin Your Career
This category is aimed toward fitness trainers just beginning their careers and looking for the foundational training techniques and information. Topics include, but are not limited to: building a client base, client retention, customer service, dress codes and leading nutrition seminars.
- CAREER-BUILDER For Results-Oriented Trainers
This category is focused on personal trainers and fitness directors employed within the health club or fitness facility environment and are looking to improve their careers. Topics include, but are not limited to: post rehab training, training clients for events, supervising staff and capturing the athlete market.
- ENTREPRENEUR Leveraging Business Independence
This category targets those personal trainers and professionals who own or aspire to own a studio, fitness facility or wellness center, as well as independent trainers not employed by a facility and are looking to improve their profits and business success. Topics include, but are not limited to: building a staff, business plans, in-home training etiquette and time management.
Article Submission Instructions
Articles should be written between 800-1300 words. Your article must be original, not having been printed or posted in any other books, magazines, websites or other publications. Unoriginal or published articles will not be considered. No marketing pieces will be accepted.
